Muslim Interscholastic Competition (MIST)
MIST is run by college students all around the country. MIST Philly is held at drexel and YCC participates at the competition every year. As one of the stronger teams at the competition, YCC places in many events and sends multiple members to nationals every year. MIST focuses on the strengthening of the Muslim community through competition, a community that is exemplified in team spirit at all levels of competition. |

Day of Dignity – October every year Youth from YCC help with the preparation and distribution of over 700 gift packages that include winterizing kits, personal hygiene kits as well as a hot meal to beneficiaries in October every year, starting in 2015. This event is organized by the Islamic Relief USA with support from various organizations like FeedPhilly, Amana Foundation and YCC. |

Serving Food at Safe Harbor YCC youth volunteer at the Safe Harbor shelter on the 2nd and 4th Saturday every month. We prepare and serve a hot meal to patrons at the shelter |

Hosting Students from Israel Galilee Dreamers (formerly known as Sparks of Change) brings together select groups of Jewish and Arab high school students, teachers, and teachers-in-training from Israel to travel together to communities around the world. Each delegation from Israel consists of representatives from two schools whose principals have expressed interest in and commitment to such an initiative. They visited YCC for the first time in 2020. |

Clothing Drive for Syria YCC youth collected more than 150 bags of clothes, shoes and jackets and delivered to the Narenj Tree foundation (www.narenjtree.org). Narenj Tree foundation is dedicated to assisting refugees by providing them with the most basic supplies for day-to-day life such as clothing, food, medical supplies, and personal hygiene supplies. |

Vegetable Garden at ISCC YCC manages a garden at ISCC that supplies vegetables for the Chester County Food Bank. |

Cradles to Crayons YCC Youth went to Cradles to Crayons to help. The boys and the adults cleaned used shoes that would later on be used by children who's only shoes are the ones they get from Cradles to Crayons. The girls sorted baby clothes which would go to the needy. |
